finaly

so im back again! 
the last year i have been in recovery a couple of times. the first time i gained a couple of pounds and then i stoped gaining, and left. then a couple of month after i was commided to the hospital, and whent in recovery again. then my weight was 79lbs. and quickly i reached 101lbs. and i went CRAZY and left again.
And now im back, and want to loose the weight.

Yay :)

 I am feeling pretty good right now. Wich is very rare for me. Hope it last for a long time now. My weight is now 92.5! 
And it is my lowest weight, so I am getting closer to my gw=88. 
Hope I get there:)
Just one problem. I am going to my therapist today, and I dont now what he is going to say. But do I rely care?

hey

 today has been an ok day for me. compared to yesterday it has been great! I binged big time! 
but today im fasting, and i feel great about that! my current weight is at 45kg (99lbs) which is way too much:(
but after a disaster weekend with a lot of eating and to little exercise i should be thrilled that i did 
not gain 50 pounds! 
Now i feel hopeful and motivated. I SO have to reach my gw=40 kg (88lbs) 
I hope for a even better day tomorrow:)

(no subject)

 hey

This has been a ok day for me. I havent eating anything but some gum, and drinking 
some diet coke. So its ok.  My current weight is 44.8 kg.I  am only 166cm 
high, so I would really like to lose some weight! right now my  gw=40kg. Does anyone 
have some great idears about how to reach my goal weight?
I would really appreciate it:)

Hey 

My name is Saloha and i am 21 years old. My current weight is 45kg, and i am 166cm heigh. I SO know that most of you would think that i am way too fat and disgusting, cuz of my weight. And thats why i really need some good advise and help with losing a cuple of pounds. 
I have already been "examed" by 3 doctors and have had a dusin interviews with psykiatrist because my family thinks that I have a problem. And I went to se the doctors to prove my family wrong. unfortunately the doctors think that I have anorexia. They actually think I need to gain weight!
But why should I stop losing weight just cuz others want you too? I have been trying to eat the same amount of food as some of my friends,  but I cant. Just the thought makes me purge!  Why cant I just continue on this path and be happy. Even though im not happy right at this moment. But if I can find the strenght to lose more weight. And gain more control over my eating, maybe.Just maybe then I would succed? 
But I know I need some help with losing weight. 
Is there anyone who has some idears? How many calories a day should I eat and what about exercise? 
I need to feel strong!

Please help :(
